This series is about Cuban Jazz and the intense rhythms, colors and emotions of sadness, anger or triumph and elation that can be experienced.
Jazz in particular lends itself to be creative and improvise according to the emotions felt by the musicians and it can be transmitted to the audiences, but not necessarily the emotions evoked are the same to every listener.
I have always equated rhythms of music to colors, so working on this series was very especial. The starting point are photographs taken at a Jazz club in Havana. This series utilizes advances in technology that inspire my creativity and pushes the boundaries of where I can take it.
